Working With Me
So what does a Health Coach do? Here’s a quick list of do’s and don’ts.
I do:
Get to know you personally
Learn about your relationship history with health and wellness
Ask you about all other facets of your life, including career, sleep habits, spirituality, relationships, and finances
LISTEN to your needs and goals
Give you small and sustainable suggestions that will rearrange your life to make it work for you
I don’t:
Prescribe you a specific diet plan or regiment
Make you count calories (at least not longer than a 3 day period to get a baseline)
Tell you that you need to completely give up any specific food (pasta, cookies, coffee)
Do the work for you
